FaST Path Program

The FaST (Facilities Services Trade) Path Program represents the continuing commitment of Facilities Services to training and developing its employees to achieve our mission and goals. This optional continuing education opportunity provides an avenue for employees within trade specific shops to partake in a progressive training program where they earn nationally recognized credentials up through journey-level certification. Trade paths include:

• Carpentry
• Roofing
• Plumbing
• High Voltage
• Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (IMM)
• Water Distribution
• HVAC
• Electrical
• Fire Alarms

Facilities Services currently partners with the National Center for Construction Education and Research organization to bring a nationally recognized, accredited and standardized trade training curriculum. NCCER is a not-for-profit education foundation that develops standardized construction/ maintenance curricula and assessments.
