Building Services negotiates annual contracts to provide full-service custodial services to primarily non-E & G customers.  The combined space serviced under these contracts total approximately 1 million square feet.

The current auxiliary contracts include:

• Cogeneration Building
• The Institute of Food and Agricultural Sciences
• Transportation and Parking Services
• University Athletic Association
