The Energy Services Unit is responsible for energy management initiatives, policies and procedures, and best practices for state-funded facilities on the main campus, including UF’s Health Science Center. This team provides technical guidance on new construction projects and implements energy conservation strategies in existing buildings.

The unit also provides management and administration of Building Automation Systems for the Health Science Center and main campus Education & General buildings and supports the Operations Department in responding to HVAC issues.
